- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and utility-related breakdowns to minimize machine downtime.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, breakdown records and maintenance history.
- Manage and maintain adequate inventory of critical spare parts.
- Analyse machine breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions based on breakdown analysis.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth and effective plant operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- 36 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant maintenance.
- Diploma / Engineering qualification preferred.
- Hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Candidates who can join ASAP will be preferred.
