Job Summary

Turn chaos into structure. Work directly with founders to drive daily execution dashboards and funnel metrics. This role sits directly with the founders and works across Sales, Operations and Technology to turn day-to-day chaos into explicit, measurable execution. You'll build the dashboards and reports that drive daily decisions, and help coordinate execution across teams.

Responsibilities

- Track sales, merchant and servicer funnel metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
- Build and maintain execution dashboards used directly by the founders.
- Coordinate priorities and follow-ups across Sales, Operations and Tech teams.
- Identify bottlenecks in funnels and operations, and propose data-backed fixes.
- Prepare structured reports and briefings for leadership reviews.

Requirements





- Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel/Google Sheets experience; SQL is a plus.
- Structured, first-principles thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills to work directly with founders and cross-functional teams.
- 0-3 years of experience; prior experience in a startup, consulting or analyst role is a plus.
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
