- M&A; Execution: Managed end-to-end M&A; transactions, investments, and corporate restructuring from term sheets to closing.
- Document Drafting & Negotiation: Drafted and negotiated core transaction agreements (SPAs, SSAs, SHAs, BTAs) ensuring robust risk allocation.
- Commercial Contracting: Handled diverse commercial agreements, including technology licensing, payment aggregators, and vendor contracts.
- Advisory & Governance: Provided strategic, risk-based legal counsel to business teams and managed external law firms, Big 4 advisors, and corporate IP portfolios.
