Lead franchise expansion, partner onboarding and operational excellence for Bigfix E-Cares nationwide multi-brand repair network. Bigfix E-Care is a technology-enabled after-sales service and repair franchise network offering professional repair, maintenance, installation, protection plan fulfillment and warranty services. The model enables entrepreneurs to establish profitable service centers supported by Bigfixs technology platform, training, operations and nationwide partner ecosystem. Bigfix E-Care is expanding its nationwide franchise network for multi-brand repair and after-sales services across smartphones, laptops, consumer electronics, IT products and home appliances, and is looking for an experienced Franchise Manager to lead franchise expansion, partner onboarding, business development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Drive franchise acquisition and network expansion across assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify and onboard new franchise partners.
- Support franchisees from setup through business launch.
- Help franchise partners achieve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.




- Conduct regular business reviews and implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Bigfix operating standards, service quality and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Training and Technology teams to support franchise success.
- Build robust relationships with franchise owners and key business partners.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Franchise Development, Channel Sales, Dealer Network Management, Retail Operations or Business Development.
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, mobile, IT hardware, retail or after-sales service industries is preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, partner management and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across assigned territories.
