Responsibilities
- App-Related Tasks: Complete all app-related tasks as per SOP with 99% accuracy by the next day (R+1 day).
- Ensure the accuracy of 99% of data entered for app-related formalities.
- Admission Formalities: Complete all admission formalities as per SOP within the next day (A+1 day).
- Ensure the accuracy of 99% of data entered for admission formalities.
- Registration Formalities: Complete all registration formalities as per SOP within the required timelines.
- Ensure the accuracy of 99% of data entered for registration formalities.
- Team Training and Assessment: Conduct team assessments three times a month.
- Allocate work and solve doubts as per company SOP.
- Ensure team members are trained, and their work aligns with company SOP.
- Subordinate Supervision and Achievement: Ensure subordinates carry out their work diligently.
- Assist subordinates in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRA).
- Additional Duties: Manage attendance and coordinate student assessments, exams, and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate academic records,
prepare reports on academic performance and program effectiveness, monitor student progress, and provide counselling.
- Setup class for recording streaming and provide support and resources to faculty members.
- Resolve support tickets by addressing academic-related issues and concerns, and act as a liaison between faculty, students, and administration.
- Coordinate orientation, events, workshops, seminars, and other programs for students.
- Responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration among students.
- Guide in course registration and exam registration.
- Attend walk-ins and be responsible for registering and enrolling students in courses.
- Facilitate in any infrastructural or marketing activities.
- The employees will be required to be present in the academy according to class requirements.
- Right Fit: Someone who has solid communication skills, and guides students.
- An understanding of how professional courses work would be an added advantage.
