Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall LAP Affordable business for the state and achieve disbursement, revenue, and portfolio targets.
- Develop the state business strategy and identify high-potential markets for expansion.
- Build, lead, and mentor Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and sales teams.
- Drive sourcing through Direct Sales Teams (DST), connectors, builders, and channel partners.
- Ensure healthy portfolio quality by monitoring credit underwriting, delinquency, and collections.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor branch productivity, conversion ratios, TAT, and customer experience.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Collections for smooth business execution.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyze business performance, and present reviews to senior management.
