Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or related field with 5+ years relevant experience
- OR Master’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience
- OR PhD with 5+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years of handson debugging experience with WLAN driver development.

Responsibilities:

Skills / Experience

- 5–15 years of strong handson experience in WLAN driver development.
- Expertlevel C / C++ debugging skills
- Strong understanding of ARMbased Linux system architecture
- Experience leading customer customization efforts across multiple platforms
- Robust exposure to performance optimization, memory tuning, and stability analysis
- Expertise in crossteam technical coordination
- Excellent customerfacing and technical communication skills
- Handson knowledge of OpenWrt (build system, package management, DTS, kernel integration) is an added advantage
- Prior experience with Qualcomm WiFi chipsets and QSDKbased platforms is highly preferred
