Role Summary

Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, Development
- Own and execute end-to-end design, development for telecom software solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Implement industry best practices , including secure coding, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Programming Tools

- Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
- Experience with CI/CD automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.

- Telecom Domain Expertise

- Experience working in Telecom.
- Positive understanding of Packet Core components, architectures, and protocols.

- Agile Delivery

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and delivery.

- Leadership Mentoring

- Although an individual contributor role, the candidate should proactively guide and mentor team members whenever needed.
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution reviews, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Job Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Telecom software development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Knowledge of Packet Core
- Agile development experience
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision
