Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement NPD projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct product audits, layout inspections, and PFMEA studies to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with IATF standards through regular customer audits and internal audits.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of QMS implementation, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP documentation.
- Experience with product audits, layout inspections, PFMEA studies; ability to conduct root cause analysis.
