Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business needs, and develop solutions.
- Analyze complex problems and identify root causes using tools like BRD, FRS, FRD, and SOAP.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and execute functional testing for APIs using Postman and REST services.
- Participate in UAT sessions to validate software functionality against user stories.
Job Requirements :
- 5.5-9 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work collaboratively with development teams.
- Proficiency in Confluence for documentation purposes.
