Job Description

We are hiring experienced Language Trainers for the language schools of a Leading MNC Group of Companies in India.

We are looking for trainers in:

- German Language Trainer C1 Level
- Japanese Language Trainer N3 / N2 Level
- English Language Trainer C1 Level

All candidates must have prior experience in training the respective language.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and effective language training sessions.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, exercises and assessments.
- Train students in speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor student progress and support learners in achieving their language goals.
- Create a positive, engaging and professional learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement of training programs.

Position-Wise Requirements

German Language Trainer

- C1-level German proficiency
- Previous experience as a German Language Trainer / Teacher / Instructor.
- Strong communication and classroom-training skills.

Japanese Language Trainer

- N2-level Japanese proficiency




- Previous experience as a Japanese Language Trainer / Teacher / Instructor.
- Robust communication and classroom-training skills.

English Language Trainer

- C1-level English proficiency
- Previous experience as an English Language Trainer / Teacher / Communication Trainer.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and classroom-management skills.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant language proficiency as mentioned above.
- Training/teaching experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions.
- Candidates willing to relocate/work in the mentioned locations can apply.
