1. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business teams to understand people-related requirements and support day-to-day HR interventions.
- Work closely with managers and employees to address people-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop an understanding of business goals and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, promotions and other employee movements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR processes and policies.
- Performance Management
- Support the performance management cycle including goal setting, periodic reviews and performance tracking.
- Work with managers on performance-related discussions and documentation.
- Assist in identifying performance gaps and supporting improvement initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives, activities and events.
- Conduct employee connect initiatives and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Support initiatives focused on employee experience, culture and retention.
- HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, reports and MIS related to headcount, attrition, performance and other people metrics.
- Analyse HR data and provide meaningful insights to business and HR leadership.
- Track key HR metrics and support data-driven decision making.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Management
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support grievance handling and ensure issues are addressed professionally and within defined timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies, processes and guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to internal HR processes and statutory requirements.
- Assist in periodic audits and process improvement initiatives.
- HR Projects & Process Improvement
- Participate in strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver outcomes within timelines.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management from a reputed institute.
- 02 years of experience in HR, HRBP, HR Generalist or HR Operations; freshers with strong internships may also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of core HR concepts including employee lifecycle, performance management, employee engagement and HR processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS.
- High ownership, learning agility and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters with maturity and professionalism.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
