Job Summary

Description of Team: The team will be responsible to manage the ServiceNow implementation by enhancing the platform s capability through custom development (scripting), making database/REST calls.

Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
- Optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
- Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
- Create documentation and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in technology or equivalent
- Excellent communications skills (in English),



must have extensively worked in a collaborative international workplace
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
