Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide academic counseling to students on various courses, colleges, and universities.
- Conduct career counseling sessions to help students identify their strengths and interests.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms to drive student enrollment.
- Achieve targets by meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in Admission Counselling or Student Counseling.
- Robust communication skills for effective interaction with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, lead generation techniques, and maintain a high level of productivity.
