Role Overview
Support GST compliance, advisory, litigation, and regulatory activities while ensuring adherence to indirect tax regulations and effective tax risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GST compliance, return filings, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Handle GST notices, audits, assessments, appeals, and interactions with tax authorities.
- Provide GST advisory on business transactions and operational matters.
- Review Input Tax Credit (ITC), GST refunds, and compliance positions.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on indirect tax matters.
- Support tax process improvements, automation initiatives, and compliance controls.
Qualifications, Experience Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance),
or equivalent professional qualification.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in GST compliance, advisory, litigation, audits, or assessments.
- Solid knowledge of GST laws, ITC, GST refunds, audits, assessments, and indirect tax regulations.
- Experience handling GST notices and regulatory compliance matters.
- Good understanding of Oracle ERP and tax automation tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
