Job Summary

Job Title: Performance Tester (JMeter NeoLoad)

Experience: 4-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Scalability Testing for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
- Monitor application, server, database, and network metrics during test execution.
- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
- Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
- Integrate performance testing activities into CI/CD pipelines.
- Estimate performance testing effort and provide test planning inputs.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Solid expertise in Apache JMeter and NeoLoad.
- Experience in API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of workload modeling, test scenario design, and performance engineering concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics,



New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Prometheus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
- Understanding of web technologies, application architecture, and cloud environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant performance testing certifications are an added advantage.
