Job Summary:
Hiring an experienced Clash Manager for Offshore Oil & Gas EPCIC projects. The role involves leading multidisciplinary 3D model coordination, clash detection, tracking, and resolution activities using SP3D/Navisworks to ensure a clash-free, secure, and constructible design before AFC release.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 3D model coordination and clash detection activities.
- Conduct multidisciplinary clash reviews across Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, HVAC, and Telecom disciplines.
- Lead clash review meetings and drive timely closure of clashes.
- Maintain clash registers, action logs, and progress reports.
- Support model reviews, constructability reviews,



and AFC verification.
- Prepare clash metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, constructability, operability, and safety requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of Offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC experience.
- Minimum 5 years in 3D Model Coordination / Clash Management.
- Strong expertise in SP3D, Navisworks, Smart Review, or similar tools.
- Experience in offshore projects such as CPP, WHP, Process Platforms, Utility Platforms, Jackets, and Topsides.
