About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from Electrical, Mechanical, and Mechatronics Engineering backgrounds.

Selected candidates will undergo company-provided technical and practical training in their respective engineering domain, along with training delivery and practical demonstration skills.

Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be placed as permanent employees within the organization and will be responsible for delivering technical training in their respective domain at various project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Undergo structured technical and practical training in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, based on the candidate's educational background.
- Develop strong theoretical and hands-on technical knowledge through the company-provided training program.
- Learn and develop skills in technical training delivery, practical demonstrations, and trainee engagement.
- Successfully complete the assigned training program and assessments.
- Upon successful completion of training, take up responsibilities as a Technical Trainer within the organization.
- Deliver technical training and conduct practical sessions for students/trainees in the respective engineering domain.
- Travel to different project locations as per organizational and project requirements after completion of the training.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and support hands-on learning activities.
- Maintain training records, reports, and other required documentation.




- Coordinate with project and centre teams for effective execution of training programs.
- Follow organizational standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and improve training delivery skills.

Eligibility & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in engineering and skill development.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop as a technical trainer.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations is mandatory after completion of the training program.
- Candidates should be flexible to work at different locations based on organizational requirements.

Training & Career Opportunity

- Selected candidates will receive company-provided technical and practical training.
- Training will be provided in the candidate's respective engineering domain.
- Candidates will receive a stipend of 20,000 per month along with accommodation during the training period.
- Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be placed as permanent employees of the organization.
- After placement, candidates will work as technical trainers and may be required to travel to different project locations based on organizational requirements.
