- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business needs, and develop solutions.

Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (BRD/FRD) and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA for tracking progress and managing tasks.
- Experience with technical business analysis including data modeling, process mapping, and system design.
