We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Microservices architecture to work on enterprise applications for a BFSI domain client. The role involves developing scalable backend services, database integration, messaging systems, and collaboration with client and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java.
- Develop and implement Microservices-based applications using Java and related frameworks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with SQL databases for data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Implement and manage asynchronous communication using messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business, and other technical teams.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement clarification, and technical discussions.
- Follow coding standards, design principles, security practices, and development best practices.
