This role focuses on developing and maintaining high-quality legal content that is current, accurate, and valuable to customers. You will monitor legal and regulatory developments, apply subject matter expertise and customer insights, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of content portfolios across practice areas and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Identify developments, legislative reforms, procedures, case law, and trends within the relevant practice areas.
- Develop a strong understanding of the portfolio, including target market, authors, positioning, structure, and development needs.
- Apply subject matter knowledge and customer insights to deliver content that ensures currency, relevance, and accessibility across products.
- Identify and implement plans to harvest, refresh, or discontinue underperforming modules.
- Develop and communicate the value proposition of all modules within the portfolio.
- Support current content development proposals and the implementation of new content and titles within adjacent practice areas and/or jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Law degree with 3-4 years experience in content development, publishing, and/or legal or regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in content development, publishing, and/or legal or regulatory compliance.
- Under the hybrid work mode, you are required to work from the office once a week, every Thursday.
- Demonstrated drafting and editing experience with a good working knowledge of the publishing process.
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving and project management skills.
