BYLD Group is seeking a high-impact Instructional Designer E-Learning Expert to design, develop, and deploy engaging, outcome-driven learning solutions. This individual contributor role requires strong expertise in adult learning principles, digital learning architecture, and performance-oriented content design.

Role Details

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and update existing learning materials to ensure they are current, engaging, and effective.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and client teams to translate business needs into structured learning journeys across ILT, VILT, and e-learning formats.
- Redesign content to improve learner engagement and retention.
- Design storyboards, scripts, and learning assets using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other authoring platforms
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, infographics, interactive modules) to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and showcase the value of our learning solutions.
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional programs that meet the diverse needs of audience (clients).
- Use instructional design theories, practice,



and methods to create effective learning experiences.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of instructional programs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, robust consulting capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience in corporate learning, leadership development, or sales capability building will be an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in building proposals and client-facing materials is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office specially (PowerPoint Presentations)
