Role & responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and social media. Visit gyms and opinion makers across the assigned territory to ensure sale conversion for Hercules Fitness

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, including gym owners, facility managers, and corporate buyers.

• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and equipment demonstrations to effectively showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to client needs.

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and specifications with buyers, and confidently close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

• Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions,



and sales data

• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

• Market Travel: Extensive travel across the assigned territory is required to meet clients, visit gyms, influencers, and drive regular market penetration.

• Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms and follow up on outstanding amounts in coordination with the finance team.

• Bodybuilding / Event Tie-Ups: Identify and collaborate with bodybuilding competitions, fitness events, and athlete communities to create brand visibility and lead generation.

• Trainer & Influencer Network: Build strong relationships with gym trainers, freelancers, influencers, and HNI prospects to develop referral-based business.

• Project Coordination: Support installation and service teams by coordinating site readiness, layout approvals, and customer updates for smooth execution
