We have an opening with Reputed Paints manufacturing company for the role of Sales Officer for Deco Sales Construction Chemicals for Chennai location.

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop waterproofing applicators with technical, retail, and business support to drive sales.
2. Interface with clients to understand needs and propose viable technical-commercial solutions.
3. Build relationships with top contractors, dealers, and architects.
4. Recommend appropriate waterproofing products/systems based on site issues.
5. Provide technical support for retail and DG teams during trials, mockups, and demos.
6. Supervise waterproofing product application on-site.
7. Train applicators and teams on application, QA, and QC within assigned geography.
8. Identify current markets, track trends, gather feedback, and prepare forecasts.
9. Conduct market comparisons on products, initiatives, and schemes.
