Job Title : Vehicle Testing Manual Transmission and Clutch & DMF Technical Expertise

Experience : 8 to 15 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Location : Pune

Requirements:

o Bachelors degree in mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a related field.

o Minimum 5 years of experience in Clutch, DMF, and Manual Transmission testing, validation, and development.

o Strong understanding of driveline power and torque flow, including Clutch, DMF, and Manual Transmission systems.

o Comprehensive knowledge of Clutch and DMF components, functions, and operating principles.

o Hands-on experience in vehicle and bench-level validation, including Thermal Capacity, Extreme Solicitation, NVH, Judder, and Durability testing.

o Expertise in vehicle instrumentation, data acquisition, and analysis using Accelerometers, DAQ, RTDs, Speed Sensors, Microphones,



and related equipment.

o Proven capability in customer/field issue investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action development.

o Robust analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills. o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with experience working in cross-functional environments.

o Knowledge of automotive validation standards, regulations, and best practices related to Clutch, DMF, and Manual Transmission systems.

o Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive creative approaches for vehicle-level testing and issue investigation.
