Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Planning Engineers to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and site readiness activities for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning documentation, resource deployment, risk assessment, and ensuring project execution aligns with monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, deployment schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
- Develop and maintain all planning-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate material planning and site preparation activities to achieve project milestones and monthly targets.
- Conduct project risk assessments, identify critical risks, and suggest mitigation measures.
- Track project progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Support project teams in planning, monitoring,
and timely completion of activities.
- Generate periodic MIS reports, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
- Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and stakeholders for effective project execution.
Required Skills:
Project Planning & Scheduling, Primavera P6/MS Project, Resource Planning & Deployment, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, Cash Flow Planning, Project Monitoring & Control, MIS & Progress Reporting, and Construction Planning for Building & Infrastructure Projects.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Primavera certification is mandatory.
