We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in International BPO recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BDR, BDE, International Voice Process, and Customer Support Executive roles.
- Manage volume hiring and achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
- Screen candidates for communication skills, experience, stability, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer rollout, and joining.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Work closely with the Operations and HR teams to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant International BPO recruitment experience.
- Strong experience hiring for Voice, Customer Support, Sales, BDR/BDE profiles.
- Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring is preferred.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Willing to work in a day shift
