Working: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: 2 Days Off
CTC: Up to 5 LPA + Variable Pay
Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility
Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Relevant International Voice / Customer Support experience preferred

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Handle inbound calls from UK customers regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries, coverage, renewals, payments and servicing requests.
- Support customers with insurance-related claims queries and status updates.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Handle complaints and challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow customer verification, security and process compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and service requests.
- Ensure every interaction meets defined quality, compliance and customer experience standards.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams whenever required.




- Achieve process KPIs including CSAT, Quality, AHT, Productivity, FCR and SLA.
- Deliver a professional and customer-friendly experience to every UK customer.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experienced candidates with strong International Voice / Customer Support exposure.

Prior experience in International Voice / UK Voice / BPO / Contact Centre / Customer Service
Insurance / BFSI / Claims / Policy Servicing experience will be an added advantage
Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in UK/International shifts
Willing to work from office
Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
