- Lead Design & CAM activities for precision components and bearing manufacturing
- Develop and modify 2D/3D designs, fixtures, tools and manufacturing components
- Create and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM for 2, 3, 4 & 5-axis machining
- Generate effective toolpaths and optimize cycle time, tooling and machining processes
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams for design-to-manufacturing requirements
- Handle fixture, electrode, CMM, assembly and machining fixture designs
- Support process improvement, prototyping and new product development
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure designs meet required specifications and tolerances
