Onboard merchants on the ground - visit stores, demo the platform in person, and get them live on Bigfix. This role drives merchant growth on the ground - visiting stores and businesses across your assigned territory, demonstrating the Bigfix platform in person, and converting prospects into active, transacting merchants. Youll be the face of Bigfix in the local market.
Responsibilities
- Map the local market and identify prospective merchants through field visits and referrals.
- Demonstrate the Bigfix platform in person and walk merchants through sign-up on the spot.
- Collect documentation and complete onboarding paperwork during the visit.
- Follow up with signed-up merchants to drive activation and early usage.
- Build local relationships to generate referrals and repeat engagement.
- Report daily visits, sign-ups and activation numbers to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Any graduate; 0-2 years of field sales, merchant acquisition or on-ground BD experience preferred. Fresh graduates comfortable with daily fieldwork are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis; own two-wheeler preferred.
- Solid communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable demonstrating a mobile app / digital platform to non-technical shop owners.
- Target-driven and self-motivated to work independently in the field.
