Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
- Assess students academic progress, maintain attendance and performance records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify students requiring additional support and develop suitable individualized learning strategies.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom setting, address behavioral concerns, and resolve classroom conflicts effectively.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students overall academic and personal development.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, English Literature, Education,



or a related field; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as an English Teacher, with a strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Strong classroom management, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Patient, adaptable, resilient, and passionate about teaching, with a student-centric approach to learning and development.
- Female candidates below 45 years of age with relevant teaching experience will be preferred.
