Hindi Content Rater

Location: India
Language Requirement: Hindi Speaking, Listening & Writing
Project Duration: 1 Week
Daily Commitment: 3 hours/day
Weekly Commitment: Up to 10 hours/week
Average Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 25 minutes per task

Assessment Requirements

Candidates will be required to successfully complete two assessments before being considered for the project:

1. Skill-Based Assessment

- This assessment will evaluate the candidate’s ability to understand instructions, assess content, and perform the required evaluation and annotation tasks.

2. English Communication Assessment

- This assessment will evaluate the candidate’s English communication and comprehension skills.
- Candidates should demonstrate a C1/C2 level of English proficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

Selected resources will log in to the client platform, where they will receive a video link to review. The candidate will be required to watch the assigned video and complete the relevant annotation tasks.





Raters will also evaluate search results generated by two different models (Model A and Model B) based on various quality parameters, including:

- User Intent
- Relevance
- Recency
- Social Proof
- Source Proximity
- Content Quality

The role will involve conducting a side-by-side evaluation of Model A and Model B by reviewing and rating each item across the defined quality dimensions.

Candidate Requirements

- Solid Hindi proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable reviewing social media and online content.
- Ability to evaluate content objectively based on defined quality parameters.
