Job Summary

Own and grow the Bigfix E-Shop and marketplace channels - catalog, pricing, campaigns and marketplace ops across Amazon, Flipkart, ONDC and more. Bigfix is a technology-enabled after-sales service platform specializing in gadget repairs, device protection plans, warranty management, refurbished devices, accessories, doorstep service, and enterprise service fulfillment. The E-Commerce Executive manages and grows Bigfixs online business across the companys E-Shop and marketplace channels while ensuring excellent customer experience and profitable sales growth - working closely with marketing, operations, customer support, warehouse, finance, OEM partners and technology teams.

Responsibilities

- E-Shop management - run Bigfixs online store day to day, upload and maintain products, services, protection plans, refurbished devices and accessories, and keep descriptions, specs, pricing, warranty info and images accurate.
- Product category management - own categories like mobile accessories, laptop accessories, repair services, installation services, spare parts, home appliance accessories, device protection plans, extended warranty and Smartshield plans, including current SKU creation, pricing updates, bundling, cross-sell and upsell.
- Marketplace management - manage Bigfixs presence on Amazon, Shopify, ONDC, Flipkart, JioMart, Tata Neu and Blinkit (where applicable),



including listings, catalogue optimization, compliance, promotions, inventory sync, order management and returns.
- Digital merchandising - improve homepage merchandising, build landing pages, optimize product positioning, manage banners and creatives, and coordinate campaigns with marketing.
- Inventory coordination - work with warehouse, procurement, service operations and finance to ensure stock availability, reconciliation, demand forecasting and replenishment.
- Campaign execution - coordinate with digital marketing on Google Shopping, Meta, email, WhatsApp, coupon, affiliate and influencer campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Vendor partner coordination - liaise with OEM brands, accessory suppliers, logistics partners and technology vendors.

Requirements

- MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- 2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce or marketplace operations.
- Experience managing consumer electronics or gadget categories is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub is highly desirable.
