Job Summary

Onboard new merchants onto the Bigfix platform entirely over calls and WhatsApp - demos, sign-ups and activation, no field visits required. This role drives Bigfixs merchant growth engine entirely through remote, high-efficiency outreach. You will identify and reach out to prospective merchants over calls and WhatsApp, walk them through the Bigfix platform, and get them signed up and actively transacting - without ever leaving the desk.

Responsibilities

- Build and work a daily pipeline of prospective merchants through outbound calls and WhatsApp outreach.
- Present the Bigfix merchant platform, explain the onboarding process and answer merchant questions and objections.
- Guide merchants through digital sign-up, documentation and profile setup.
- Run structured follow-ups to move merchants from sign-up to active, transacting status.
- Track and report daily calls, leads, sign-ups and activation numbers.




- Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve onboarding issues quickly.

Requirements

- Any graduate; 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales preferred. Fresh graduates with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication, fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi or another regional language is an advantage.
- Comfortable explaining digital platforms and mobile apps over a call.
- Target-driven, organized, and comfortable with high call volumes.
