- Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities to meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Supervise a team of production workers to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, material availability, or supply chain disruptions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years' experience in production engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of production planning control systems (e.g., SAP) and ability to analyze data for process optimization.
- Excellent manpower handling skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proven track record in implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
