Key Responsibilities

- Daily accounting routines including DBS preparation, bank reconciliation, and suspense account clearance
- Invoice booking (Admin, Purchase, Sales Domestic & Export) with proper TDS effect in Tally
- Preparation of einvoices for commission, rent, and service income
- Travelling voucher entries and CMS file preparation for employee reimbursements
- Weekly foreign payments processing via HFDC Bank Enet portal
- Monthly MIS reporting including Debtors MIS, Sales MIS, and Banking MIS(CIF/FOB/FCY spending)
- GLA entries and reconciliation on a weekly basis
- Compliance support including TAS, Income Tax, LC documentation, and IPO/PreIPO related work
- Balance sheet, P&L;, and finalization support

Qualifications & Experience

- Commerce background (B.Com/BMS)
- 4–6 years of experience in agency trading, manufacturing, or service industries
- Solid proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of AImodules for accounting automation preferred
- Exposure to exports, imports, LC documentation, and compliance processes
- Experience in a reputed CA firm will be an added advantage
