Job Description

We are looking for energetic sales professionals for the role of RM / SRM (Bancassurance) stationed at mapped Axis Bank branches across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Faridabad.

Core Responsibilities:

Branch Relationship: Build strong rapport with Axis Bank staff and Branch Managers to generate business leads.

Sales & Cross-Selling: Drive Life Insurance product sales (Protection, Savings, Investment) to bank walk-in clients and existing account holders.

Customer Engagement: Conduct financial need analysis, present suitable insurance solutions, and close end-to-end sales.

Lead Conversion: Work on leads provided by bank staff along with self-generated branch leads.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance or BFSI Sales (Bancassurance preferred). Freshers can also apply.

Strong communication, relationship management, and sales pitch skills.

Graduate / Post-Graduate degree.
