- We are looking for an experienced and responsible
- Head Operations Manager
- To manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our real estate business.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, property owners, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily office and real estate operations.
- Coordinate with sales executives and monitor their daily activities and performance.
- Handle client queries, meetings, follow-ups, and important communications.
- Coordinate with property owners, buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper maintenance of property listings, client records, documents, and transaction details.
- Monitor leads, site visits, follow-ups, and sales processes.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.




- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain discipline, workflow, and coordination within the office.
- Assist management in implementing business strategies and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate operations, sales, administration, or team management will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Confident, organized, responsible, and target-oriented personality.
- Salary: 25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
