Key Responsibilities

- Acquire Gold Loan customers through branch customer referrals, cross-selling, and open market sourcing.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets for assigned branches.
- Generate quality leads and drive loan disbursements through field activities and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and customer acquisition.
- Ensure effective visibility and promotion of Gold Loan products within branch premises.
- Build robust relationships with branch staff, existing customers, and local business communities.
- Conduct regular training sessions for branch teams on Gold Loan products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Support branches in end-to-end Gold Loan operations, including documentation and auction-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational support.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competition, and customer requirements to drive business growth.
