Role & responsibilities

- Provide quality nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' condition and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment and care.
- Maintain cleanliness of the patient care area and nursing equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and maintain skilled conduct.
- Work in rotational shifts and ensure proper handover during shift changes.

Preferred candidate profile

- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional behavior.
