Skills & Experience Required

Experience - 1 to 8 years ( 5.5 LPA )

Required Skills

- 1 to 8 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
- Manufacturing industry knowledge.
- Experience in Direct & Indirect Procurement.
- Hands-on experience in Spot Buying.
- Knowledge of SAP / Oracle ERP.
- Good MS Office and Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end sourcing and purchasing process for assigned categories/materials.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
- Handle requisition review,



supplier selection, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and order follow-up.
- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value.
- Handle spot-buy activities, including sending enquiries, collecting quotations, preparing comparative statements, and providing recommendations.
- Manage Direct and Indirect Materials Procurement.
- Work on procurement processes using SAP and/or Oracle ERP

Qualification- Any graduates

Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)

Versatile In shift Night (24/7)

Notice period- Immediate - 15 days

5 Days Working

2 Days Off
