Desired Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engg / Automobile Engg.
Experience : 3 To 5 Years
CTC : 4-6 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Process audit for all the main assembly lines and sub assembly lines,
2. Conducting Dock audit(GP12 audit) for new products and regular products to ensure 3. the product quality before dispatching to the customer.
4. Cross Verification of line audit,
5. Verify the performance and dimensions of the proto samples with reference to the drawing specifications to ensure current product quality,
6. Knowledge of customer handling (Customer response & Visit),
7. Knowledge of Set up approval & in process inspection,
8.



Manpower handling,
9. Knowledge of SPC, MSA, PFD, PFMEA, CP & Traceability audit,
10. Soft skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
11. Incoming material inspection as per drawing
12. Supplier corrective action ,8D Review & closer
13. Verify raw material test report , certificate, inspection report
14. Maintain supplier rejection detail
15. Co-ordinate with purchase, prod team any quality issue
16. Ensure compliance with IATF or ISO 9001
17. Supplier parts ICA & Tracking record
