We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Team Leader to join our team at ECOLAB GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the reliability team in developing and implementing effective reliability strategies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in reliability performance.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of reliability principles, methods, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
