SITE ENGINEER / SAFETY OFFICER

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically oriented candidates for Site Engineer / Safety Officer positions. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site execution, supervision, coordination, and safety compliance at project locations.

Key Responsibilities

For Site Engineering:

- Assist in day-to-day site execution and supervision.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor work progress as per project requirements and timelines.
- Read and understand basic technical/engineering drawings.
- Assist in installation, inspection, measurement, and quality checks.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project/Senior Engineer for smooth project execution.

For Safety:

- Monitor safety practices and compliance at project sites.




- Conduct routine site safety inspections.
- Identify hazards and support risk-control measures.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and secure working practices.
- Assist in toolbox talks, safety documentation, and reporting.
- Support implementation of company safety procedures and EHS requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant Engineering discipline.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of site execution, safety, and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Pune / Gujarat as per project requirements.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable with site-based work and the offered salary range of 18,000–20,000 per month.
