Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding
of prospecting and developing solid relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:-
• Responsible for making calls (Inbound and Outbound)
• Counselling & converting inquiries into admissions.
• Follow up with the Leads till closure
• Responsible to achieve targets
• Follow up with students via emails, phone and calls
• Cold calling
• Regular follow-ups
• Follow Systems processes and procedures as per the set criteria

Experience: 1+yrs experience in educational counselling

Skills:-
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Min. 1+ yrs of experience in counselling
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).
• Sales oriented and target driven attitude
• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow
• Team player and maintain a good relationship with the entire ecosystem
