The internship provides hands-on exposure to live client projects and AI-powered digital marketing.

About the Internship

We are looking for an ambitious MBA candidate who wants to build a career at the intersection of Digital Marketing, AI and Growth. This is an execution-focused internship, not an observational role. The intern will work on live projects across SEO, social media, content, paid media, analytics, inbound marketing and AI-enabled workflows.

The role is designed for an emerging AI marketing evangelist who experiments with AI tools, identifies practical use cases, shares learnings with the team and helps improve the speed, quality and effectiveness of marketing execution.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

- MBA qualification is mandatory; Marketing/Digital Marketing specialization preferred.
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media, Paid Advertising, Content Marketing and Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working from the Viman Nagar, Pune office, Monday to Saturday.
- Commitment to complete the full 6-month internship.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. AI Marketing & AI Evangelism Primary KRA

- Explore and apply ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Canva AI and other relevant AI platforms.
- Use AI for research, content ideation, keyword clustering, competitor analysis, campaign planning and reporting.
- Develop reusable prompts and AI-assisted workflows for recurring marketing tasks.
- Identify repetitive activities that can be improved through AI or automation.
- Test new AI tools, document useful applications and share learnings with the team.
- Critically review AI output for accuracy, originality, brand alignment and quality.

2. Digital Marketing Execution

- Assist with SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing and Paid Advertising activities.
- Support campaign research, planning, execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative and Web Development teams.
- Maintain trackers, campaign documentation and execution schedules.

3. SEO & Organic Growth

- Conduct keyword and competitor research.
- Assist with on-page, content, and basic technical SEO.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Support SEO content briefs and explore AI Search/AEO opportunities.

4. Social Media & Content

- Prepare content ideas, captions, blogs, ad copies, and content calendars.
- Assist with posting schedules and monitor engagement.
- Research industry and competitor content trends.
- Use AI responsibly for ideation, drafting and repurposing.

5. Performance Marketing

- Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads research and campaign execution.
- Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research.
- Monitor impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC,



leads and CPL.
- Support reporting and optimization recommendations.

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Assist with GA4, Google Search Console and campaign reporting.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and actionable observations.
- Use AI-assisted analysis while independently validating conclusions.

7. Inbound Marketing & Automation

- Understand buyer journeys, lead nurturing, content funnels, and inbound principles.
- Explore email marketing and marketing automation workflows.

Internship Terms

- Duration: 6 months; full tenure commitment is mandatory.
- Work From Office, Viman Nagar, Pune; MondaySaturday, 9:00 AM6:30 PM.
- An internship certificate is issued after successful completion of the full 6-month tenure.
- Discontinuation may make the candidate ineligible for an internship certificate or experience letter.
- Leave is unpaid and the internship duration may be extended accordingly.
- High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance and business requirements.
