Minimum 2 years in Automobile / Engine diagnostics, repair assistance, and parts support reliability. Must possess valuable communication skills, understanding of engines, and experience in automotive warranty claims management.

Job role
Voice-based process providing technical repair assistance to technicians in the North America region. A solid understanding of engines and power generation will help in effectively addressing problem statements.

Shift Time
Rotational night shift - 4 pm to 1pm, 6 pm to 3 am and 9 pm to 6 am.
