Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of landscape projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and public spaces.
- Prepare concept designs, master plans, detailed landscape drawings, and presentation materials.
- Develop hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and planting plans.
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and landscape assessments.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, structural consultants, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Supervise site execution and monitor quality, progress, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress review meetings.
- Ensure proper selection of landscape materials, plants, paving, street furniture, and irrigation systems.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior landscape architects and design teams.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings, reports, and project documentation.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients and management.
- Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible landscape solutions.




- Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest landscape design trends, materials, software, and construction techniques.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in landscape architecture and project execution.
- Strong experience in high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, township, and public landscape projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and planting design.
- Experience in preparing concept designs, master plans, detailed drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Solid understanding of site execution, quality control, and landscape construction practices.
- Excellent project management, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable landscape practices and applicable building regulations will be an added advantage.
