Role & responsibilities

Minimum 2-5 years' Experience in US Mortgage Loan Funding/Pre-Funding.

Should have worked with US Mortgage loans

Should have worked with underwriting/Pre-funding/closing.

Analyze and review title opinions.

Knowledge of Transaction Level Processing, Quality Controls - Wire Account verification, Document Review, QC.

Should have communicated and Coordinated with Operations team, Title and Escrow Companies-both verbally and in written.

Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Graduates and Post Grdauates
- Flexible working in US Shift
- Strong attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
- Positive communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally via email and phone
