Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module (including salary planning, bonus planning, and stock options).
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design compensation processes.
- Manage annual compensation cycles and ensure accurate data integration with other SF modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
- Develop reports and dashboards for compensation analytics.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Solid understanding of compensation processes (salary, bonus, incentives).
- Knowledge of integration with Employee Central and other HR systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
